Blocked number already and phone keeps logging the calls but it's just anotjer scammer

They are scammers. They say your name then say it is regarding your National Bank account. Even if you don't have an account with the National Bank. When I said goodbye, then they twice persisted using a private no. They want details of your Bank accounts and personal ID.

Got disconnected as soon as I picked, call back - says disconnected

The number is disconnected. Don't answer it.
